[GAMEPLAY] - Azir can damage himself with the Arcane Blade mastery?

The sequence of events that occurred were as follows, unsure which matter: PC Client. Played a Custom Summoner's Rift blind pick game with my friend to practice laning. I picked Azir, he picked Kassadin. A death recap showed Azir as an assist to his own death, basic attack symbol but "3 (1%) True Damage" with purple text. Here's a screenshot of it http://i.imgur.com/X0Mknv5.png

Azir's basic attacks at the time with those items seem to be doing about 63 physical and 3 magical (because of arcane blade), so maybe he somehow autoattacked himself once and only the magic damage portion of his autoattack went through? Somehow it counted as True Damage? Maybe it's just a bug in the recap but I can't help but wonder if he shot himself due to the strange nature of his ranged-but-not-projectile attack.

I managed to reproduce it solo, ensuring Kassadin/summoners/etc were not a factor. It occurred when I chained these sequences of events together: Stand at enemy tower to ensure death. Cast W at my feet twice while mashing Q and E and R all at the same time. A cluster of events occurred and I stood and died. The damage showed up in the death recap. At the posting of this I am quite tired and can't figure out how to reliably reproduce it, but I did get it to occur under controlled conditions with no additional players.

Runepage was: 7.8 Mpen, 8 MR, 216 health at 18, 15 AP, 9 MR at 18

Masteries were: 4 sorcery 1 butcher 1 feast 3 mental force 1 arcane mastery 3 executioner 1 dangerous game 2 archmage 1 arcane blade 3 devastating strikes 1 havoc | 2 block 2 recovery 1 unyielding 3 veteran's scars 1 juggernaut

Seeing as I have seen situations in which players escape with single digit health even within the pro scene, I think this may warrant a fix or at least an investigation.
