Is there an option to disable automatic scrolling on these boards?

Every time I jump to a comment or refresh the screen, I have no control over my screen until it takes 3-4 seconds to scroll to whatever it is that it's scrolling to. You can't scroll while the boards is automatically scrolling, you're helpless while it forces its way with you.

Not to mention, it gives me an absolute headache to keep my eye on the screen while it does that. I have to close my eyes every time it scrolls now.

I've made this suggestion back when these boards were first created, but I got no attention on that matter.

I really don't see the point of forcing a visually unappealing animation, which also wastes time, onto us. It's nauseating, and I don't have a problem with any other sort of motion sickness be it vehicular, fast-paced gaming, or what have you. I just want to skip to the comment I'm looking for without any transition animations.

That said, please allow us to disable it. If we already can, someone please tell me how to.
