Disable scrolling after commenting

Can we have an option to disable the screen from scrolling down to your comment after posting? It's really annoying that no matter how much I try to scroll afterwards it FORCES my screen down to the comment until it's finished.

When on a forum-browsing spree I don't want to sit around idly waiting for it to finish a meaningless scrolling effect just to navigate.
