What's The Point Riot?

Whats the point if riot never looks or comments on your posts :( no reason to even have the community beta if nothing ever happens with it. no ideas from the fans are really being put into league in my opinion. i've posted at least 5 champion and skin ideas but they never get commented or liked by riot
