I main swain and i was looking up fan art when i came across this.
When is this coming out riot?
If this skin does come out i think it would bring swain back to life...lets face it nobody plays him and hes good if u play right.

This was actually a skin that was suggested I think some time in season 2 so my guess is that it was scrapped, but I could be wrong maybe we will get a red in here to comment.
I'm pretty sure that was a fan art drawing, which really means nothing about it's development. And just because some people at Riot think it's a cool drawing, doesn't mean it will be produced. You guys make way too many cool drawings for us to make them all into skins, and the people here also have cool drawings :).

Morello DID actually confirm dragon master swain, but I don't know when it will come out. Could be a while.
