Riot am I the only one whose not getting any replys from you after reporting a bug?

I've been reporting the same bug for 3 days now and you guys said that you guys will read it and haven't replied or did anything. Plz do something. I got a time ban because of this bug. I have already tried re-downloading and all other things. if you guys read this article Plz reply. I know and understand that you guys are busy but this is already the third day, at least reply on one of my 3 reports on the same bug.
