Client Suggestions Taken Away?

There used to be a section for Client / PVP.net discussions. I have had suggestions and Riot even respond to those suggestions.

I went to post another, and couldn't find the board. I tried to post it in what I hoped would be a relevant board, but it was promptly removed with a slap on the wrist and an explanation of why it didn't belong there, but no explanation as to where it does belong.

Can we please have that discussion board back? I have ideas I want to share that will be seen and not be punished for them.
