I don't see this ending well for Riot.

I mean, Blizzard never managed to work out the queue time problems in the Dungeon Finder and LFR.

Should be nice, once it's put in. The only people I would see having queue inflation would be high elo in which case they wouldn't need the system anyways as most of the players know one another's preferences and abilities and act accordingly.
