I don't see this ending well for Riot.

I mean, Blizzard never managed to work out the queue time problems in the Dungeon Finder and LFR.

At least by making it a separate que altogether they are trying to do something that a lot of the vocal community has wanted for a long time. Who knows if it'll work out, but at least they are trying it. I know I'm interested in trying it, it'll give me the chance to play roles that I want if I'm willing to wait.

I know I'd be willing to wait. Like when a new champ comes out, sure the wait will be longer but I won't have to deal with people dodging when they don't get the new champ or have to worry about not getting the new champ myself if I want to play them.

Should be nice, once it's put in. The only people I would see having queue inflation would be high elo in which case they wouldn't need the system anyways as most of the players know one another's preferences and abilities and act accordingly.
