Boards ... beta?

So looking through the boards when I realized next to the boards home name it said that this is still in beta? Am I just reading this wrong because, these boards have been here since I started playing a couple years ago and it hasn't changed since.

Also the picture for the link is so outdated! being serious here Riot?
