[BUG] Navigation Bar Redirects to EUW
While on a boards page, pressing the Boards button on the top-most navigation bar (with the intention of returning to Boards home) redirects to the EUW boards home.

The funny thing is, this just happened to me as I was trying to post a response to this, and it was because I was just on the EUW Boards page. The way the system works is it will save your region preference based on the last page you visited. If you could verify that this isn't what is happening and that you are getting redirected regardless, then I can escalate this.
You wouldn't happen to be browsing any posts on the EUW forums (boards or the old one), would you? That can mess up your region if you have tabs from both regions open.
If you do intend to read posts from both forums, my best advice (besides, get a EUW account and just use it everywhere) is to use a different browser for each forum.
