Please change this type of "board"

I know it, and I'm sure others know it too...you are trying to copy reddit which is a TERRIBLE idea. All reddit is, is a band wagon of people who see 1-2 down votes and go on a mob picketing down vote rampage. It will never help you nor will you see good ideas from people at all, because most good ideas are hated by the masses and are down voted into oblivion (assuming most people have "Hot" selected instead of "recent" for filters).

At least hide the points per topic/post/comments so the boards don't work in this way.

First off, the team is NOT trying to copy reddit. Was reddit one of the places that they got inspiration from? Yes. But the goal of this platform is to be an awesome place for people to have discussion. If they wanted reddit, they'd just use it.

Now, let me address your actual feedback.

So, what I hear you saying that you don't like about this format, is the way that a couple downvotes will often lead other people to downvote the post to oblivion, causing it to get very little visibility. I agree with you that this is a problem, but I think it's a problem with downvotes, not with this format in general.

The current skin is ugly as hell, the font is awful, the color scheme objectively terrible from an art standpoint, basic forum tools like quote tags have been removed in favor of echelons, which view type you're using actually affects how others can view your post which is insane, and worst of all because it's a reddit clone I know that 99% of everything will never be read by 99% of forumgoers and interesting discussions will not happen, making posting things in the first place pointless.

I respectively disagree, it seems like this board is a lot easier to follow when it comes to discussion. You can quickly see what people like and don't like, and you can easily follow when Rioters post. There is some improvement needed in the boards (like a Poro icon, Riot pls). However, I like this format way better than the old forums. Having a discussion is easier as you can track who is replying to whom.

That said, your opinion is valid and criticism is important to improve things. Maybe more visibility on the vote buttons will solve some of the problems you addressed. In some subreddits they have a message when you hover over the downvote button that says, "This means they didn't contribute to the discussion, this isn't a disagree button." Which is somewhat helpful.
