help brining people into using the community beta with announcements

Right now whenever new announcements are made you are able to comment on the announcement page itself. While it uses the new beta format I feel this is a missed opportunity to better bring users into the community beta. Right now all the discussions on an announcement page remain there and pile up making it difficult to follow. Rather than simply having everyone piling their comments onto the announcement page, have the page list only the top 10 posts by rating and have a button that says "reply" on the announcement page that redirects users to the correlating thread the announcement pulls from. This change would require a new sub-community announcements that only riot staff could post to.

This will free up excess clutter from the announcement page making it more attractive. Right now the discussion area on announcement pages is very small in comparison to a forum post here. It is difficult to follow and gets very stretched out and squished with all of the embedding and replies to individual posts. This will also help users become further accustomed to the new community beta and help spark curiosity into the different features it has.
