Why is it that the only Riot team that doesn't give their opinion on community ideas...

is the Balance team? The Skins team has given plenty of how they feel on certain skins(see the evil nami skin, fan art, and more), the Lore team seems to actually enjoy the discussions that talk about lore(as seen in this thread http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/oTlyWZBu-any-and-all-rioters-how-important-do-you-think-lore-is-to-this-game-and-why ), and player behaviour has tried to fix problems with the community. Why not the balance team? There hasn't been enough feedback from Riot that discusses the balancing of certain aspects of the game, especially champions and the jungle. Nothing about the Veigar changes and nothing about the Mordekaiser changes that were coming up. There was a jungle discussion thread at one point, but that was taken down for some reason. But what really annoys me is that... we all play for the game. The skins are an extra aspect, same with the community, same with the lore. So why is it that those in charge of the game itself aren't discussing anything with their community, or at least, not enough.
