Centralized Threads

With all the clutter that the boards can have due to changes and topics, it would be much easier if there were centralized threads. This is a place where people can collaborate on a certain topic. With all the ideas and complaints on one thread it would be much easier to compare thoughts and have a conversation. It would also make the boards look cleaner.
