What the hell Riot?

First, you delete my comment in the Skins & Champion concepts, stating the appropriate place it belongs is Story & Art.

Then, I post it on Story & Art, as you guys told me, and you go and tell me I need to post it where I originally posted the first one? http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/7liZKtUN-cool-taric-yorick-rework-concepts http://s9.postimg.org/4v7toanj3/discussion2.jpg http://s12.postimg.org/fyrupjanh/rework2.jpg

So which one is it?

What I don't understand is that I did exactly as they said, I went to repost it to Story & Art, only for them to go and say & to repost it where I originally first posted it. I feel like if I put it in miscellaneous, the same thing is going to happen, with them trying to refer me back to one of these 2 topics, Story & Art and Skins & Champion concepts.
