First, you delete my comment in the Skins & Champion concepts, stating the appropriate place it belongs is Story & Art.

You need to post it on both sections while simultaneously not posting it on either section.

Since it would be there, people can read it, but since it's not there Riot can't tell it to put it somewhere else.
