Why isn't there a Universial Board, instead of NA, EUW(en), EUNE(en), etc.?

I'm curious why you didn't do this in the first place riot. Are there technical or organizational issues/problems? Or do you want regional specific information sorted? Is this just tempory since the Boards are still in beta? From my point of view, there's no reason not to do this. I (EUW) am more active on the NA Boards because this Boards gets more attention (@RiotRepertoir !) and feels way more vivid. Additionally, I'm not the only one. Look around and there are more than enough summoners on the NA Boards from EUW, EUNE, OCE, etc. Even the Boards profiles are seperated.

So my suggestion is a Universal Board (language English?) where all Board profiles and posts are unified. However the languge specific boards from all regions with other languages besides English should remain.

I'm pretty sure you already thought about this and stumbled upon problems (see above). Would you mind explaining them to me?
