Link markdown and Embed conflict

Right now we have 2 really useful tools on our hands Markdown, which allows us to post fancy links and another snippet that allwos to embed stuff like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ln2Xq8fCNI8. However, if I try to do some fancy hyperlinking toward someone's stream, everything seems to break. Not only does the Embedding never shows up in the preview, but mixing the 2 ends up with Embed eating the link text.

One would expect a name with a stream if I write : "This is [Bening Sentine;](http://www.twitch.tv/eroticles)'s stream", unfortunately what it gives me is "This is Bening Sentine;'s stream"

In my opinion, the hyperlink markdown should overrides embedding.

+1, agreed. It doesn't really make sense for certain embeds to override the markdown. I'm not sure if this is a limitation for the Boards or for Twitch, however.
