Feedback/Questions about the Boards... ( Answers from "Reds" are wanted/welcomed! )

Hello Riot,

I was recently directed by player support to post a feedback thread and did just that. My post was removed shortly after for not being relevant ( see quote @ end of post ) in spite of it being posted on the only feedback-type thread within the Boards. My experience has given me some questions I was hoping Riot could answer that could also serve as feedback to you. Assuming this thread is replied to Riot has my thanks in advance.

1: Has Riot considered making multiple feedback-type boards ( one specifically for the Boards, one for gameplay/lore and one for your new "Merch Store" ) to help players who have feedback find the board most relevant to their concern? It may be a good idea to restructure the various boards to make it easier to find what is needed.

1.5: Just an example ( not complete, just showing what I mean ) layout similar to the current layout to build on my point above with each - representing a type of board and showing up as a dot on this post...

Having multiple feedback threads would make it easy to find where my post should have gone. In my ticket with Riot ( I'm under the impression I can't post specifics about tickets ) I was instructed to share my "feedback" on the "Boards" and having the location for my lore-related feedback really would have helped. Boards could also be organized categorically in addition to alphabetically. Another example with a single - representing a category and -- representing a sub-board...

2: As somebody who did volunteer work with boards/forums ( doing maintenance/moderation ) for a while I wonder why you had to delete my original post instead of simply move it to the correct area. I ( am thankful and ) understand the reason Riot notified me ( upon deletion ) about how my post was in the wrong board but deleting a post a person was told to write by your own company feels like punishment and seems vexatious in spite of the notification saying I was not being punished. Why did you delete my original post instead of moving it?

3: In the "notification" I got upon the deletion of my lore feedback it seemed there was an additional comment from an actual employee. This comment not only acknowledged that the original post was specifically about lore feedback but made note that I had been asked by player support to post my feedback on the board and called me "friend" which almost felt condescending or mocking (I understand you were trying to be nice so no hard feelings ) given I already felt like I was being punished. Think of it like this: You are 10 and your mom has a new oddball of a boyfriend she is introducing to you in a public setting; you see a bit too much of him and as a result try to be subtle about telling him his fly is down only him to go "That isn't any of your business. That said Friend, could you come with later to pick out some underwear to help me avoid this problem in the future?"

3.3: I took the long way of getting to my main question for this final segment, but I suppose what I'm wondering is " Do employees take the time to write additional comments on automated notifications regarding posts and If so couldn't they better use that time to forward the issue to the team in charge of fixing an issue or moving a post to the proper thread?
