Non-riots being listed on Red tracker

The comment to which Rhojin originally replied (which was deleted) and this comment, in particular.

I am guessing they are listed in the Red Tracker because Riot Rhojin editted those posts / deleted them? I don't know if this is a bug / intended or not.
