Discussion re 'mystery skins' does not belong in 'Skins & Champion Concepts...
So why can't the moderators remove that content? They seem to always be removing other content that's in the wrong board (even when it isn't actually in the wrong board).

If it's because the 'culture' guidelines say ", or show off your favorite GIFs of your battle-tested skins-of-choice, or anything related to skins in League of Legends. "--I'd have to say that the culture guidelines need correcting.
Because it's specifically labelled 'Concepts', which means that it is for things not-already-on-live, no?
