[Idea]Tag system

I know this has probably been suggested time and time again (heck, even jsut I suggested it at least once in PBE phase and once in here), however I'm coming at it in a more concrete way this time. Basicall,y what I'd like to see is the possibility to add Tags, for instance [Idea]/[Bug]/[Feedback].

Why tags are actually a good thing is that they allow you to further specify what threads you want. If you are looking for Top Lane abuse cases, you look in Live Balance, and search for [Bruiser] (or [Top] based on how they do it). If you're trying to lookup infos about the LPL, you go into eSports and search for [LPL]. If you wanna ask away, look for [AMA] in... {Memes & Games}?

However, the downside of this is obvious and two-fold. First one is over-tagging/over-specification. If you allow everyone to simply put in Tags as they wish, they will do so, and you will have [Ezreal], [Ez] and [Ezrael] builds, and you will have [Heim], [HD], [Heimer], [Dinger], [Donger], [TheDing], [DingDong] videos and many more...
The second part is noise. [Build][Guide][Jungle][Bruiser][Leona][Silver]My Leona guide is a very heavy title... with very little actual information.

So let's solve the second problem first, since it's the easiest. You should have a toggle somewhere (probably in profile) to toggle if you want to show tags or not. While we're at it, we could even allow to replace Item/Spells/Champion by their text value (ie. {{Champion:10}}-> Kayle) as well as avatar size (slightly bigger than now, now, legacy (aka small) and none. You could also use that tab to set Homepage Communities.
But I disgress.

For the problem of noise, we can hide it. That solve noise on the receiving end, but not on the emitting one. So, we'd need to have basic Tags (Champions, Roles, Legacy roles, Maps, Teams, Leagues, Tournaments, etc.) and an auto-complete field to prepend tags to your thread. This will help fix the Typos making search easier, and since it's auto-complete, it'll be easier to fill them in. Sadly, easier to fill in means more, so also add a hard cap. Lastly, the default options should be mutually exclusive imo. You can't have [Bug][Idea], otherwise GD will happen.

Fun fact, I actually thought 1 step ahead, if you register tags in a DB, you can re-use them or the aut-ocomplete, and retrieve BIg Datas for trending. #BitchesLoveTrending
