Team Recruitment Clarity

There is an easy way to streamline the Team Recruitment board and to be honest I'm surprised it hasn't already been implemented. Make the Creators of a thread have to choose options that specify who they are looking for. For example have 3 categories LFM, LF Duo, and Other (For things like party IP boosts and whatnot) Then let the creators specify rank and position. Then the system could automatically put tags in the title like [LFM][Gold+][ADC] This would allow someone to search the boards much more easily and find a team for themselves.
