When you Ryze ult and Zhonyas in the ult it moves you. If Zoe hits you with the sleep before you hit zhonyas then you "fall asleep" in the zhonyas and that stops Ryze ult despite being zhonyased and invulnerable and immune to CC.
why did you get hit by it in first place?
dunno if its a bug or intentional, but if u ult with ryze and zohnyas it only works for urself and teammates dont get "teleported"
addtional to ur info, maybe someone should test out how it works with things like morg ult (stun proc while zohnyas) or nocturnes fear
