I don't care if this thread gets votes or not, I only want it to be seen by Riot.

1 thread, a champion concept. Dha'Ma may only have 990ish (may change) votes, but I'll count it. This concept mostly had pictures and ideas. That is what made it shine. The most upvoted thread in the history of the boards themselves. The Letter. This was an amazing letter written to parents of league players, and told them the issues of leaving a game early, and it gave clear and easy ways to improve. The last 2. They are special. If you notice, all the others have 2 things in common. Upvotes, and Riot responses. These only have one of those. They both say the exact same thing. One even has the link to the other in it. The higher voted one is the most upvoted thread in the most popular category. The second most upvoted overall. Riot, will we get more refunds? I think we'd all like to know. If you do not answer I will take it as you being lazy. I will accept any answer, yes or no. All I ask is that you answer.

Riot is known for ignoring their community already. Their losing their reputation, their love for their community and growing love for dollar signs, several of my friends have quit for this reason and im probably going to be the next in our group of few dozens of people to leave who are all good friends on here and other games. Riot has really been losing alot of gracefulness in their community and its only been getting worse with time. then occasionally they will hear of a kid with cancer and give them something awesome. not because their nice but because they want the brownie points.

ive lost complete and total faith with riot. money is all they want, and they already get so much of it. but they wont even give the community one refund per season lol. i mean now that's pretty hilarious if you ask me. ive requested a refund once im an avid player who spends hundreds of dollars a month on this video game, i want to know what costs them to lose more money me getting 1 refund a season i mean which doesn't really even cost them they already have my cash for the rp lmfao? or they finally irritated me enough where i think im just going to quit today. hundreds of dollars a month loss, compared to no loss for a refund? seems pretty idiotic stubborn and stingy to me.

ive grown completely away from this game, i haven't even grown away from it riot has pushed me away from it and it hasnt even been slowly pushing its just like blam blow by blow and im sitting here like your joking me right? i had an incident with my main a week ago things was said some punk kids tried to bully me online over a video game. well all 5 of the other team was in a premade group, i called them pathetic and said we all know what happened in this game, and requested a afker gets reported. the enemy team says they're reporting me, the tribunal instantly banned my account no matter the fact i was getting harassed getting bullied i was getting trolled and bashed. riot sent me a list of our chat. it only showed my message that i typed but didnt show what position i was in or what others was doing to me. so i requested to know if the others in the situation was banned for telling me to "smd", "go kill myself" "your pretty good at sucking" and so many other comments of constant harassing nature. and my account with so many honarable mentions and teemwork and friendly honors gets reported for what i know to be the very first time is instantly locked and banned without the case even being reviewed before it was banned?

in my mind i dont understand riot how they react, how messed up their tribunal system is, and how they can ignore the people that are making them rich, but what their losing sight of is once they lose their community they wont have anything no more growth, no more incoming money and this game is just going to lose so many members and its going to be like the crash and burn of the runescape era and its going to lose hundreds of thousands of players.

they bad part is i have been in constant upkeep of my open case claim on my main for a week now they have ignored me for the last 6 days and refuse to answer or reply to me when i have spent thousands of dollars on this game total.
