Appealing a Support Ticket Decision

Hey, everyone.

I’ll admit that I never expected to be posting in this board. I recently suffered a 10-game chat restriction, and though I did serve my sentence without complaint, I do not believe that the game upon which I was indicted (there was only one game listed in the reform card, so there were no other variables taken into account) merited the loss of my Honor 5 status. I submitted a ticket to address the issue, and while I absolutely have no problem with the manner or empathy that was shown by the Riot representative (he or she was very nice and professional and took my frustrations and the concessions I made seriously), I still feel like the loss of my hard-earned honor, especially considering this is my first punishment of any sort in almost 8-9 years of playing this game, was not merited. I’d like to appeal to a second representative, and I’d be more than willing to provide the chat log used in the support ticket, as I wasn’t immediately provided a reform card upon the issuance of the punishment.

You may re-open a ticket or you may post your chat logs on here if you want our opinion. You should also keep in mind that while it may have only given you one game's worth of logs, the may have taken into account a multitude of small infractions across several games and judged them as punishment worthy.
