I know I will get downvoted Fast

I know I will get bashed by the boards etc.

I know I've been toxic and I hate actually myself back about it because I hate that kind of people but this game I couldn't control myself.

I also know I clearly deserved punishment.

My problem is : No racial, sexual, homophobic, ''%%%'' kind of slurs. The biggest punishment was one warning at least a year ago if not more (and I play since Xerath is released, so it's end of season 2... for a single warning).

Isn't it excessive to jump directly to a 14 days for a single game when I never got a single warming (and I do get honors frequently) ? Believe it or not, I wasn't feeding on purpose that game, it was just a very bad one. Man My boyfriend been more toxic I coached to help him out actually) and he got alot of chat restriction for worse than that before an actual (even 2) 14 days ban :/.

And Yeah I will suck it up just wanted to know if it's normal or if it's worth to send a ticket since it's just been one game and I'm not toxic overral when I play

Every line you typed would be classified as negative by the IFS. I could see skipping a punishment tier for this. It would be a little unreasonable to skip two punishment tiers though. You have a shot at getting the punishment reduced using a support ticket: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

I can't speak for the outcome of your punishment.

I can however, suggest that you utilize the mute options and exit yourself from all chat upon your restriction being lifted.

While I understand how incredibly tempting it is to respond, and be toxic, having fed into BS myself before, and seeing that you openly admit being "unable to control yourself", your best bet is to reform, starting with cutting yourself off from the source, regardless of if you are the instigator or not.

You do not need to communicate negativity to your team mates for any reason ever, and doing so, even once in a while, has a profound affect on the players around you, and their ability to continue the game.

The second someone sparks negativity, everyone has to take time out of their match to either mute you and move on, or you spark a fire and the team devolves into a bunch of he said she said.

Either way, you're actively, and knowingly, contributing to the downfall of your team.

Mute.

Move on.

I go into many matches with a focus purely on the game, and often times auto mute entire lobbies, to ensure that I do not get distracted by flamers, and myself, do not contribute to the negativity. Pings are more than informative, and logic dictates in game actions long before you ever "need" to type something into chat.

Remove yourself, and work on bettering your own position, without the distractions of chat.

I think you and your boyfriend need to get some league couples counseling. I mean yes there are a lot of people surprisingly that will berate your mistakes or let you know just how bad of a game you're having, but joking aside with the again thing. You were as toxic as they were. Even in defending yourself you just sink down to the level they wanted you to be at. You get banned base on your own words and actions. If I have someone saying just awful things to me. I'd walk away from them. I don't have to confront them because I don't care about them.

The fact you seem to think the only thing that can make you toxic is using slur is your first mistake. You are overly negative so much so as to calling people useless. These are suppose to be your teammates and you solve absolutely nothing when treating them like that. If anything it makes them worse. So why would you do that?

Sure there are people who troll but them doing that is to get you to react so why give them what they want? Then if it's someone just playing poorly why not help improve?

All in all just treat others his you want to be treated. If you want to be treated like shit just continue till you get permaban!

I’m just hopping on the bandwagon here but I’ll throw in my 2 cents anyway:

Your chat is negative, but honestly I can’t see why it merits an escalation to a 14 day suspension if you haven’t had a 25 game chat restriction yet. Yes, you constantly berate your team, but usually escalation is reserved for either constant abuse across multiple games, or hate speech/telling someone to kill themselves. I don’t see any of that, so presuming you didn’t edit your chat logs, I can’t see why you got a ban off the bat.
