I have the champ select text box, but I don't want it to be removed for naming this horrible excuse for a human being. Please can someone tell me if I can post it so I can lay out my proof?

Don't bother, Boards isn't a moderator platform. You'll just be showing regular players a single Xerath game. No point proven, and it won't get him banned or anything.

Well I kind of figured Riot didn't give 2 shits about the integrity of their game, but do you think a replay would help? I mean he straight up inted and was even typing about it in chat.

They do, just not on the Boards. This isn't a place for reporting people, this is where you go if you're Gold or below and think you know anything about balance and bitch about everything and anything.

Edit: Replay won't help either. If you reported him in game, then maybe something will be done about it. If it's a rare offense for him, nothing will be done since it's a rare offense.

That's a shame :/ I can only report him once, and his match history had no other obvious int games, so I guess this filthy sack of shit will just get away with it. Thanks anyways

You have to realize how many people play this game and how many false reports they've processed. They usually don't have the resources to manually investigate. That being said, just remember there are good people out there too.

You can submit a ticket to get Riot to look into this. The best way is just to report him at the end of the game, but they will respond to a ticket sometimes if there's a serious case.

If you post his name on boards, it's considered naming and shaming. That could get you banned from boards. Riot DOES care, but this isn't the place to call people out, really.
