Is that a question, or a statement? If said person didn't want to play against your pick, they should have the right to ban it without getting cursed out.
Even if you were first pick, you do not have the right to flame anyone. So don't whine when you get punished.

I can see where this argument comes from, and while I agree it's scummy, you still don't get to flame anyone without punishment.
That falls under the same violation as not communicating with the team, same fucking thing you idiots railed on that Singed one trick for.
You really can't compare that case to this in any way, shape, or form. That case was extremely special and rare. It HAD to be dealt with manually, it's something that had never been discussed so widely before. Riot had to make a decision and they decided against the Singed support. That case was entirely different.

This is where I disagree the most. Not flaming != 'being a trolls bitch'. I don't know why you would even think that. You might not realize that while your toxicity was only directed at the troll, 3 other people had to deal with you aswell. I HATE it when people argue in game. Just play and move on.

Here is what I agree on:
I'm not entirely sure if Riot punishes people for banning others pick consistently. While I certainly wouldn't punish players for doing this once or twice, if there was a pattern it should be punished. The system can be and is being worked on everyday to make League fun for as many players as possible.
TL;DR
I understand you're upset, and the system isn't optimal. Though by flaming you demoralize your entire team, not just the troll, so punishment is deserved.
