Did Meteos ever get Punished?

He wasn't inting, he was drunk and playing terribly.

Bans for intentional feeding are to protect the rest of the community. Given that virtually everybody at Meteos' level knows him and each other, I doubt they were especially offended by his drunken antics. I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't even reported.

To be honest, he does deserve some type of punishment.

Definitely not a permanent ban; I'd go with a 14-day suspension.

The "just a bad game" excuse is very powerful.
