Honor being displayed ingame

We get to see who in our team is honor 3/4/5 when they get honored, which is a nice touch. But on the opposite side of the spectrum, why can't we also see who is honor 0?

That way, you can instantly mute the people that are low honor. A lot of people already /mute all because they don't wanna deal with toxicity. Seeing who specifically you have to mute beforehand would certainly help.

People who have lost honor have already been punished. It's Riot's job to punish them, not our job to punish them further.

Riot wants people to reform, not be humiliated. There is no good reason to show people this, nothing positive can come from it.

Until someone reached the perma-banned stage, all punished people deserve a chance to play normally, free of harassment, and a chance to reform. Telling the world they are honor 0 or 1 is a giant step backward from that goal. This is one of the biggest reason Rito will never implement Prisoner's Island.

Low Honor Level is not directly indicative of toxicity. For all you know, a player at Honor Level 0-2 could finally be reforming. Why should they be shut down from communicating with their team from the gate for as arbitrary a reason as having a low Honor Level?

the main reason is because people with honor 0/1 naturally have tilted at some point so its basically abusing whoever tilts the easiest.
