Give us the option to report players after leaving the lobby

I'm sure we've all had that happen to us before.

A guy in our game acts super toxic toward you or someone else. You mute the guy, deciding it's better to focus on winning the game instead of spending time reading or arguing. You end up forgetting completely about the dude because the game took so much of your attention, so you just quickly leave the lobby forgetting to report the toxic player.

While this doesn't happen that frequently to me, it always frustrates me when it does. Because, while reporting can sometimes feel like it's doing nothing, you're still actively reporting the person who clearly deserves it. You at least feel like you got to do a little something.

Forgetting to report the person in lobby, to then never have the chance again to report said person makes you feel much worse.

As such, please allow us to report players from past games, within a rational limit, say a day or two, so that incidents like that never have to happen again
