Seriously, two of my three placement matches had an AFK in them.
I wouldn't be so angry if they didn't say 'kys'. That escalated them from a simple report to an email to riot support.
When I told the player what I did, only then did he get apologetic. Once I told him I'd already sent the email, he said to kill yourself again.

Haha gotta love it when they show false remorse and go right back to shit head once they've already been fucked. It's like the drunk guy who's all nice to the cop until they take him to jail so he turns back into an asshole cuz fuck it, he's already in trouble. Just wanna say though, don't hold your placements on a pedestal. You're gonna get placed somewhere in bronze or silver anyways, so it's really not a big deal. Treat em like any other match or you'll just feel disappointment and anger.
