Very important Riot employee please help
Firstly, I have already tried working this out with one of the employees, but they have not been active in about a week. Can I please get an employee that will help me with this and stay contacted. This next paragraph has to do with one of the first responders, Templar Iytsuna(I believe that is how it's spelled). The one that stopped responding was Rhojin. My account MinkyMan was banned on August 31st until September 13th, a 14 day ban. I waited 14 days to get my account back, but never got it. I emailed Riot and it took a very long time to get a LEGIT email. They eventually emailed me back saying that there was a visual error and I am perm banned. The thing is, I couldn't even get on my account so there is no way I could have been perm banned. They later on basically told me that it is my fault for not keeping my account secure and they will not be lifting the ban. So someone probably hacked into and they caused a visual error on my account so I couldn't do anything. It was their fault, and I think it is extremely unfair that my account is permbanned. May a Riot employee please respond to this and may everyone +1 this so others can see. Thank you.
