Didn't violate TOS got banned.
Read the TOS several times, got banned regardless despite not violating TOS, what do I do now? Riot refuses to follow their own TOS and I have been unrightfully banned, what is the next step.

I recently came back from a 14 day ban about a week ago
after you recieved this punishment you were warned that ANY NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR would result in a perma ban. You then proceeded belittle and blame your team at every opprotunity.
Would this have to do with your post yesterday? Because if so, I could review your logs and weigh in there, since it's possible you could be letting bias color your own perception of your behavior.
Ok, what does it say you was banned for though? Is there a specific reason? Inting? Flaming? Cheating?
Ever consider that maybe your own internal bias that we all have is skewing your perception? Anyways, I think the best thing to do would be to make a thread providing proof that you did not violate the ToS, which would require the chat logs they provided you, as well as the permaban message. This will provide some visibility that Riot is banning people for no reason. That way when it happens to other people, they can do the same, and people will slowly stop supporting them as a company when they finally have proof that Riot is banning innocent players for no reason (which is bad for business in the first place).
And by the way, the complete lack of evidence in this thread is very telling. No one actually believes you, you know that right? So idk why you didnt already post your logs, if you expect anything to actually come from this.
Maybe you violated it without knowing why.
You was toxic/rude to your teammates. After you got 14 days ban , it clearly says next ban will be pernament even if it deserves 10 games chat rest. You will get pern. Because you already had 10 chat rest.
I mean they state that they can ban you for whatever reason or even none. Idk how you interpret that as they didnt follow tos...
