Due to a punishment I had over 2 months ago before this hextech system was even implemented, why can I still not receive loot?

I have people on my friends list that were punished less than a month ago who can

I know people who've been punished WHILE the hextech system was live and can get loot again already, but I can't for something that happened over TWO MONTHS ago?

Seriously?

Edit: I haven't been reported once to my knowledge except maybe by trolls, I've been getting honors about every other game now as well

I've even reported people and got the "thank you" pop-up message. I seriously don't get how more reformed I can possibly get.

The system doesn't think you're reformed. Try cutting down the amount you get reported (ie, the amount you're not nice in chat) for a while and see what happens.

Perhaps you are continuing to be toxic in a high level of games and recieving reports

I got banned (14) days, on Feb 1st. I was unbanned on the 15th, I changed my attitude and no toxicity at all. I was reformed today and started receiving loot, a month and half and I got it back. You just have to improve your attitude. <3

how many games have you been playing?

Most people say it takes 30-40 games without being reported to get clear
