To help players who struggle with Toxicity

Please, I think it would be very beneficial to us to have a way of disabling chat before the game even starts, maybe not in champion select but at least in game, and not be able to enable your chat until you are out of game again. I understand that this will be a disadvantage to some players not being able to explain precise concepts to players, but I would be fine with only using pings for a while If It means I was one step further from getting banned. I understand muting is also plausible, but frankly I never leave people muted, it's very difficult for me to do so and I know for a fact it is difficult for others. This one change could very efficiently help improve the behavior of the toxic people who are mature enough to know that they have anger issues and sincerely want to make a change so the community doesn't have to deal with this so much.

TL;DR Disabling chat before game and not being able to enable it until out of game would be a great tool to help toxic players improve on their own terms.
