Low levels are the most cancerous thing to experience in this game.

Every single game, and I wish I was being sarcastic, has at least one intentional feeder and one player flaming his ass off because he didn't get his way. This is because players are literally allowed to make a new account immediately after getting banned on their mains, so they vent their frustration onto other people, especially new players who are trying to learn the game, by running it down mid and calling everyone a n word.

Yes, they get their new accounts banned by doing this shit, but that doesn't stop the next player from doing it, and it also doesn't stop them from straight up making another account with the name <removed by moderation> or some stupid shit like that.

I really hope Riot takes initiative on low level games, because my god it's more punishing to play than fucking ranked right now. It's a legit dread to level up because it takes so god damn long, games are literal coin flips on who has the biggest egotistical player, and who AFK's. It's fucking torture.

You aren't matched with new players if you're smurfing. You're matched with other smurfs.

Within the past few months, I've brought two new players into League. I've helped them with some of their questions, but I've not really coached them. Watching them play, there hasn't been hardly any toxicity in their matches. New players are matched with new players. Old players are matched with old.

It only makes sense, given that new players will have woefully lower skill levels than smurfs.

There's not really anything you can do to stop players from making a new account short of forcing a pay to play model.
