Can you get punished if...
Can a player get punished in-game without being reported ?
This might cross sections, but the same question can posters get warned and/or punished if they were not reported ?

The system will only check if you report. If you didn't then the person wont get punished
Players cannot get punished for in-game behavior without being reported. They can get punished for scripting/boosting/etc.
Boards posts works similarly, although moderators can reports posts themselves (if we see something really out of line), so that's more a case of "does anyone see the inappropriate behavior."
