Can this type of attitude be more punishable? ( Kids raging at players better than them )

BEFORE YOU ONLY WATCH THE SCREEN AND GO DOWN COMMENT: Yes, the Game time was the around the same on the screens but it's because I decided to take them only when it went too far.

Context Alright. So, To begin with, I've been recently banned for 14 days. It was COMPLETELY deserved, I assume it and I feel like it has been a good decision, making me a much more tilt proof player overall. But sadly, not being toxic isn't enough and you often get these immature players, usually aged between 11 and 15 (in physical and/or mental age) and it's hard to reform when playing against such players.

This attitude toward not accepting losing and having an Inferiority complex strong enough to hard flame in all chat should be more severely punished. Yet I haven't seen an instant report feedback after reporting such player like this for more than a year.
