It depends on your play style but if you're not going to do what these boosted animals want you to do when they want you to do it then I would just /ignore all at the start and not talk.

Their blame the jg reports will pile up and you will catch punishments.

I agree, and jungle is a role that is probably 2nd strongest to influence and carry your team out of a shithole. And often involves not ganking the moron top who feeds the enemy 6 times in 4 minutes and then begs for help.
