Is this Riot's form of punishment?

Look at all my recent matches....THEY ALL HAVE TROLLS AND INTERS. Taliyah game? teemo and ashe duo and went top as duo and fed, mf fed because she had no support. veigar game? yi gave double buffs to lucian at lv 3 and then flamed everyone and said he wasnt going to do anything but split push now and bot went 3/13. Kass game? Kennen and ashe fed their ass off. Leblanc game? Bot lane inted and then flamed everyone. Corki game? Jungle and top fed and flamed. I swear riot matches you with these people because you dodge or something. It feels like a punishment.
