TL;DR: I had a Kayn in my last game who was throwing out racial slurs, calling everyone a retard and didn't help anyone out the whole game, etc, and for some reason, I got him on my team again. So, I went out of my way to preemptively muted him at the start of the game, and let everyone know on both teams to report him as well. I've sent a support ticket with textual and photographic evidence of him doing so, but of course, I looked like the asshole for "stirring things up" as the ryze stated, then both teams decided to gang up on me and made me look like the bad guy. Of course, Kayn said that it was actually her that was calling him a %%%%%%%%%%% and a %%%got, so that added on to the pile. Yes, I understand I typed too much but I honestly don't think this was worth a 14 day ban lmao. I honestly think the bot saw that I said "%%%%%%" in the chat so it just went off and banned me on the spot. I also went out of my way to report the ryze for telling me that "my helmet is strapped on too tight" and called me a "%%%%%%ous %%%%" as well as implying that I was autistic, but he said he was autistic so that gave him the right. Yeah, I was a little annoyed that I had a caitlyn support, because I legit can't play adc in normals without some troll picking that in my lane, but that's besides the point. I got banned for absolutely no reason.

If you don't want to get banned, don't engage in toxic conversations. You stated you muted him before the game started but you were clearly instigating the fight and continued to flame...

Yeah, thought so. I'll just let a rioter see the post and determine if it was actually worth the permaban. I guess me saying "have fun with the 1v2" because she was purposely taking cs is considered a toxic remark, but oh well.

I wanted the enemy team to know exactly what he said, if me abiding by the summoner regulations, reporting a toxic player is my moral duty. I just thought it would've helped to let the others know what was going on so it would get looked at manually.

Report the toxic player to Riot, not talk about them in the middle of a match. It actually doesn't do any good whatsoever to tell a new team about something that happened in a previous match, and it certainly doesn't help to tell the enemy team. All you accomplish is causing division within your team, and lower your own chances of winning. And, if you do it in this manner, where you are repeating hate speech that he said, while spending half the match complaining or arguing about another teammate, it's going to get you punished for toxicity.

Why do you feel the need to say this? If your intention is to just let them be jerks, and ignore them, then there's no reason to say anything to anyone about them. In fact, saying this undermines your statement. All this does is show that you are setting up for complaints.

This threat isn't even veiled. It's just a blunt statement that you are reporting the player, that you have screenshots, and that you are going to do everything you can do to get them permabanned. That is the sort of report comments that Riot considers harassment.

I would encourage you to submit a ticket to player support, as it's clear from the context of the statements that you are not using the hate speech in any sort of insulting manner towards the other members of your team. But in the future, you might want to strongly consider refraining from repeating other people's slurs, and resist the urge to spend large amounts of time arguing with your teammates. The client has the ability to mute chat and pings now. It's better to mute a toxic player and possibly miss an important ping, than end up banned because you couldn't keep from saying something back.

Honestly the enemy team doesn't need to know. All you have to do is report them at the end game lobby.

When you see this when doing a report:

Check what is appropriate, and fill in the comment section for things like pre/post-game toxicity or anything you think might be helpful or if it needs to be pointed in the right direction like with pre/post-game chat. More reports in a single game doesn't get that match checked harder.

This is really the best advice I can give you.

I agree with this statement. According to riot policys, you are liable for the things you say even if you are repeating what another person said to explain something to someone else.

They have 0% tolerance for certain language regardless of who started what and who ended it. As whether riot is justified here, that depends on your the entirety of your case and whether you have been banned/reprimanded before.

Kid you are delusional. You deserve the ban, Riot sees the chat lags, you can say I was the one saying racial slurs, but you know it was Illaoi and you even said you got the chat logs off illaoi. Then the next game because we lost you kept saying it was me instead of illaoi. You are pretty funny.
