Punished for someone else quitting

Why do we still not have a function where if someone rage quits you get like a reduced amount of LP loss or at least some way to ff early!? I'm getting sick and tired of having to fight a 4v5 every 3 games or so, not even joking about every third game I fucking play some asstwat little bitch afks less then 20 mins into the game and not a single time has anyone on my team actually harassed them, we've actually almost all bee supportive of them cause it's NOT EVEN 20 MINS INTO THE GAME! Sometimes not even 10... and these fucking crybabies quit cause "the jungler takes all the kills," "I'm only getting assists," "all they do is target me," "I'm tired of getting camped," "if this (insert OP champ) kills me one more time I'm done," and so on and so on and so on!!!!!

It seems like they never get punished either, I always submit a report when someone quits out on us like a fucking puss and I NEVER get one of those confirmation notices that my report actually fucking mattered for once, the ONLY times I've ever gotten one is when someone was being racist or something and I reported them.... which honestly is probably one of the last things I'd think someone would be punished for out of everything they can do considering there's a fucking MUTE BUTTON!

So yeah.... why do us of poorer luck then most have to be punished so heavily for this nonsense when these fucktwats get away with it all the time? Yeah I know, "bbbbut leaverbuster!" So what, that's why people have multiple accounts, yeah it helps be it doesn't stop shit.

Also who the fuck was it that said something like "well the number of times you have an afk on your team and the amount of times the enemy team has an afk should even out over time?" Cause it's not fucking true, it's a rare occurrence for me to have an afk on the enemy team, and if it ever does sort of happen it's like when we've already won and they've sitting in base cause the games ending in 2 mins anyway. But then I CONSTANTLY get afks on my team 10-20 mins into the fucking game!!!! So whoever the fuck said that BS doesn't know wtf they're talking about.

I'd really love to see some real statistical analysis on the "even" nature of how trolls effect our win / loss ratio. Frankly, I don't think it's even close to 50/50. Statistically, it SHOULD be a flip of the coin. But it isn't. Which means there's something other than pure, random luck that determines who you play with... and if it is "50/50" I'd want to see what that really means and if it's being artificially manipulated. For example, if there's an afk on my team, does it then match me against a team with lower mmr or with a player whose mmr (or some other quantifiable judge of player ability or chance of going afk) and does the queue do that on purpose or was it random?

There's something odd about the statement "IF you're at the right MMR, you should be winning the same number of games as your losing". It just screams that it's being manipulated somehow.

That all being said, trolls, feeders, ragers, whatever you wanna call them are just not fun to play with and there's not enough being done to actually correct their behavior. Sure we penalize it. Sometimes... But what's really being done to change how these people ruin other players experience. I'm fine with a legit loss. Those rare things where you have two teams and the better team wins. But the number of games that are losses PURELY because of the "troll" factor... it's just mindblowing compared to how many "legit' losses their are and it again comes back to the question.. Is the system being manipulated and how much does that effect certain players?
