why we need a meta report system

not really writing or linking files, but we all know the game is online, it's streamed and recorded, and people should be accountable for what they say or do, but with captures running 1080p or maybe 4k, I don't have it, but I'm sure people do, it takes ages to upload an actual video of a game (longer than just grabbing a soda at least). So if the company riot outsources the forums and report system to want to improve, there should be a way to either have a meta report system, so you can upload a video without waiting to reque, or a report follow up where you can go back and link the video after the next game. You shouldn't have people trolling toxic and insta que-ing, when honest and decent players are forced to wait to reque to add actual substance to a report.
