really need a vote to kick in low elo

With so many trolls never leaving bronze 5, when you're in a que with that elo, you simply can't dodge enough games and still play to compensate. With a +14kda in the game, 2 trolls are so toxic before the game even starts, a third player goes afk before the minions spawn. Please put in some kind of mechanic to deal with this. For 4 years it's been the same "file a report after the game" thing, and it clearly doesn't work, and since most of these people are bronze 5 with 0lp anyways, losing game after game has absolutely no effect. Then I'm sure (and I'm not saying it isn't fair, because it is) the leave buster will flag the guy that left, and the 3/11 troll, and the guy that called the afk (pregame) ... well, what he called him, will just continue to troll leaving more games in a 3v5, or in this case, in a 2v5 for people that are actually trying to play fairly.

Well I mean, if your Bronze V after 4 years of playing. I don't think it's the trolls keeping you from climbing.

would be abused way too much. in season 3 i rocked toplane with leona. noone would have let me play this in bronze lol

I could easily get carried out of the division, it's just not the point. Who wants to play a game where you're the guy that has to pay people to lift you up. If I wanted to play a pay to win platform, I'd play a pay to win game. I'm fairly happy with my stats, which are better than anyone (or most people) that I play with: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=mccoyez But there has to be some way to deal with games where you have an afk and 2 trolls while having a +15kda that doesn't punish the two honest players on the team. I don't really care if they get banned, or nothing happens at all. But when the options are dodge, get a time penalty, lose lp, and potentially get flagged, or play, lose lp and 30-40 minutes of time, and... there is no real third option. Like I said, you could have a pre-game troll report, vote to kick, they already have a loss prevention system that could be linked to leave buster, there are a lot of options.

you're running heal / teleport on a support and can't figure out why you're still in bronze 5?

why do people in bronze not use flash? what the fuck? it's literally the most useful spell in the game and there are only like 2 champs i don't take it on (champs that don't need it)
