Can Riot tell us Whether Our Reports are "Valid?"

Riot has the (smart) policy of downgrading the weight of a player's reports if they have a history of making frivolous reports. However, to the best of my knowledge there is no way of telling whether you are on this low-priority list, which effectively give your reports against trolls zero weight.

Can any Rioter tell us whether we are on this list? I am curious, because this is one form of feedback that we can't seem to get so far.
