First leaverbuster popup since season 7...

And I have to wait 20 minutes just to join queue. Lol Riot I don't even play SR or TT because of extended circumstances that force me to go without personal internet. So I basically only play league on Hardees wi-fi (which I get a legit ~80 ping, good enough for aram) and I have done this for awhile. However sometimes I come by Hardees at night to play some games (usually 2 considering battery goes down rapidly without being connected), and its within the last two weeks that I have been DC'd during my second game for it lasting too long.

Do I really deserve 20 minutes just to wait for one ARAM game? Sweet baby jesus I promise you I don't join matches just so I can disconnect. I've played League since it's bloody release and Leaverbuster has never been so cold. I can't even tell you the last time I dodged a game. Shit like this grinds my gears because some very few of us love this game so much that we will go to a public restaurant and play for hours granted you don't freeload even when we don't have access to personal wi-fi.
