Do Rioters have any other job responsibilities other than reviewing player reports?

im sure all employees at RIOT have many responsibilities to their jobs, each having different job titles and responsibilities that relate to their job title just like ANY OTHER FUKIN COMPANY

Player support personnel have a variety of responsibilities, depending on the specifics of their position within the department. Some deal with fraud, others with boosting and so on.

Because of an unfortunate incident early on, employees not on the Player Support team have little to no access to the support system.

Very few have that job, it is mostly done by an automated system. There are lots of other divisions that are managed by employees.

many of them are programming new features in the new client.

In fact, their main job is not reviewing reports.
