Tiny Rewards for Positive Players

Every [x amount of time (perhaps every fourth patch (~8 weeks) or so?)] of not receiving any punishment or ban (this includes things such as LPQ and others), players will get a random small reward. It could either be like a "Spin the Wheel" thing where you have a chance to get various prizes (Gemstone (10% Chance), Hextech Chest (20%), Hextech Key (20%), Premium Chest (10%), Key Fragment (30%), Random Champion/Skin Shard (10%), etc.) or it can be a rotating reward similar to how the rotating gamemode queue works. This doesn't have to be an actual thing, it's just to help Riot get some small ideas to give periodically to the positive players of the community rather than their annual mystery skin or mystery champion.

Certainly an interesting idea to encourage behaving positively. However, I doubt they'll consider it. Afterall, positive behaviors are granted, they're how we're supposed to behave normally and not really something to take note on, whereas behaviors that induce punishment aren't supposed to happen at all and hence are capitalized on.

IDK about you but I got spirit guard udyr at the end of last season for not being toxic. everyone who wasn't chat restricted or banned last season got a random skin. It may not be as often as you proposed, but riot is already doing something like that.

I'm 50/50 on this, I don't really think we need to be rewarded for doing what is expected of us. It's like "Hey, you're not a flamer and rager, constantly ruining games for other people.have a cookie!" That should be the norm, imo.
