Someone harasses me in the post-game lobby. What do I do?

ModPrandine3 votesReport them, then take a screenshot and file a Support Ticket about them. Don't listen to the people who say that you can't be punished for post-game chat harassment as you most definitely can.

When did they say that? Can you link me to where they said that? Also, why add someone who you know has just been being a jerk?

Deep Terror Nami5 votesMuting/blocking is to prevent further abuse to you personally. Reporting is to contribute to fixing the problem for others in the future.
That post you saw about Riot saying you can't report players didn't quite say that. You can still report players, they just won't dedicate their limited personnel in Player Support to investigating issues that will be handled by the Instant Feedback System anyways.
For harassment in the lobbies, simply annotate in the report description that it was in the lobby. Lobby chat is recorded and can be pulled manually.
For abuse outside of the game/lobby go ahead and screenshot and submit the ticket, using the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions. They will look into it if the situation warrants it, I just recommend not wasting their time on minor stuff or with something already in the report system.

That add toxicity, if you the player is toxic to you. Why add him as a friend, seems not friendly to me.

Mister Punches1 votesThis is pretty much it. OP, if someone decides to add you and harass you through friend chat, screencap it, send in a support ticket, and then hopefully it goes through.
Also, mute/block the person harassing you. I'd also advise not adding random people in this game.

That's all you can do. Odds are Riot wont do anything on it though. It's too much effort for nothing to happen when you do it.

Mus1 votesMute him when game starts, then report him after the game. Add in the comment box, "Toxic In Post Game Chat" One report is all that is needed to flag a ticket. Some take longer than others though.
